(Kitchen / Dinning Hall / Dishwashing)
In the kitchen you will be responsible for preparing and serving food as well as cleaning the dishes and the dining hall. You will have the opportunity to meet many people and encourage others. You will work in a team and you will have a lot of fun together. We always look for people with professional cooking skills, but also many with just a heart to serve. The Dining Hall team prepares and cleans the dining hall and serves food to the teens. The Dishwashing team handles the thousand of plates and cutlery as well as the dishes from the kitchen.
During Interact (free time) we provide additional food options for purchase. This includes non-alcoholic cocktails and smoothies, donuts, ice cream, popcorn and savory food like fries and hamburgers. You will be part of a small team serving in one of the food/drink stands or our kiosk. We also have a coffee bar for those wanting to be a barista and serving the teens with coffee and pastries.

– Info desk: You are that friendly, helpful and patient person at the Info Desk. You make the teens and volunteers feel welcome. At the Info Desk many questions are asked. You will be able to give the answer or look for the answer yourself. You also return lost and found items to their rightful owner. Whether finding the right location, solving problems or providing general information, every day is different at the Info Desk. English language skills are important. Any extra language you bring is a bonus!
– Office: In this team you will have varied tasks, such as: speaking to participants, answering the phone, answering emails, printing many documents, coordinating orders, renting airbeds, maintaining phone lists and much more.
– Day Guest: You give the day guests a warm welcome. Parents of teens, church leaders, youth leaders, etc. sign in at the day guest registration. You welcome them, explain the day programme and where to go. At the end of the day, the day guests check-out with you and you can ask them about their TeenStreet experience. We also want to give the day guests an unforgettable experience. As volunteers, it is important to be able to speak at least English or German.
This team is responsible for serving the teens by keeping the site clean, especially the bathrooms. This team has a lot of fun together keeping all of the areas clean for us!
Some of the volunteers who come and serve bring their kids with them. Kids are very welcome at TeenStreet! We want them to have fun, go deep and be bold, just like the teens. Kids Street takes place mainly during the morning, and the kids are divided into 3-4 different groups depending on their age. There is organized teaching and activities as well as time to play. If you love children and you want to make their days at TeenStreet special, this could be the place for you.
– Site security: The wellbeing and safety of every participant at TeenStreet is our number one priority. Access controls, patrol duty and fire protection are part of our responsible tasks. The English-speaking team works 24 hours a day in different shifts. Please come with a humble heart to show the teens that you want the best for them. Help is already needed during the set-up week. The minimum age is 20 years.
– Mainhall security: The Main Hall Security team is responsible for the safety of all participants during the program, starting with entering the hall, while worshipping, praying or playing. Therefore, it is especially important to find the right words at the right time. You will be part of an awesome team, making sure everyone can have a wonderful time during the main program events.
In the ArtZone the teens will have the opportunity to be creative, paint or draw. Together with your team you will take care of the teens, preparations and clean up. You will have a lot of opportunities to meet people, get creative yourself and be there when help is needed.
Sport is a great tool to get in contact with people and talk about Jesus. The team wants to get that across and empower the teens to use this tool. If you love teens and sports and activities, then this is the perfect place for you to be! In the sports team you will have a lot of opportunities to make friends, encourage others and do a variety of sports, e.g. football, volleyball, basketball.
Serve all volunteers at TeenStreet with coffee, other drinks and snacks in a more relaxed environment. Make sure the Lounge is clean and looks presentable. You will have a lot of opportunities to meet people and encourage them with your service.
During Interact (free time) the TS merch shop is open, selling a wide variety of clothing and accessories. Your main responsibilities include printing merchandise, keeping the shop looking presentable, handling orders and assisting the participants.

The Medical Team is an extended paramedical service and consists of about twelve paramedics, six nurses and two doctors. The paramedics need at least a two-week training course or a higher certification. Employees of a rescue service usually meet this requirement. Nurses must provide proof of completed professional training. We would be very happy to have a team that is as international as possible. Only the doctors need to be German.
TS is a cashless environment, and therefore all participants pay with their TS-badge in the different shops onsite. To make this possible, the TS bank is the link. Participants can come with their cash or put money on the badges with their paycard. On the last day at TS, the bank is also available to give back money from the badges.
The task of the IT team is to set up and operate the network infrastructure for the event. The ability to work in a team and having an eye for upcoming work are important skills. You can make the best possible contribution if you can support us right from the start of the set-up week.
We need basic knowledge of IT networks, connectivity, Windows and Linux workplaces, printer management. In-depth knowledge of Cisco LAN and WLAN, experience with firewalls is welcome. A commitment over several years is desirable, so you can do tasks very independently from the 2nd year onwards because you already know how things work.

Requirements:
- Semi-professional expertise or demonstrable potential in the performing arts or event experience.
- Good communicational skills in English.
- Can do spirit, with a flexible mindset.
This team is responsible for planning and executing a missions experience which engages the teens, inspires them and ultimately mobilises them to start using their gifts and passions for the kingdom of God. We need organisers, actors and people to help with the debriefing afterwards. A variety of languages is very welcome.
– Photography: The photography team consist von photographers equipped with high-quality cameras and lenses. They should have a keen eye for capturing candid moments, emotions, and the overall atmosphere of the event. The team might include photographers specialized in various styles such as portrait, documentary, and event photography to ensure comprehensive coverage. Overall, the photography team’s goal would be to create visually compelling images that showcase the energy, excitement, and spirit of TeenStreet. In addition to professional photographers, we welcome aspiring individuals who are on their journey to master the art of photography.
– Videography: The videography team comprises talented videographers equipped with professional-grade cameras, audio recording equipment, and stabilizers to ensure smooth footage. They excel in capturing dynamic moments, interviews, and performances, with a focus on storytelling and visual creativity. The team may include experts in various aspects of videography, such as cinematography, editing, and motion graphics, to produce high-quality videos that resonate with the TeenStreet audience. Their objective is to create engaging video content that encapsulates the essence and impact of the TeenStreet experience. Alongside seasoned professionals, we welcome those who are passionate about videography and eager to hone their skills in a supportive environment.
– Social media: Our social media management team at TeenStreet is responsible for curating and sharing captivating content across various social media platforms. Comprising creative individuals with a knack for digital communication, they leverage their expertise to engage with our audience in meaningful ways. From crafting compelling captions to designing eye-catching visuals, the team ensures that every post reflects the energy and ethos of TeenStreet. The social media management team operates throughout the day, with a focus on real-time engagement during peak event hours. They maintain a flexible schedule to cover workshops, performances, and spontaneous moments, ensuring that our online presence remains active and vibrant. Additionally, they may dedicate specific hours for content planning, strategy development, and community management to optimize our social media efforts.
Be a part of the team that prays over the event, with teens and adults. You’ll be part of a small group yourself praying for all areas of the event during the day. At night you’ll pray with teens and adults during and after Throne Room.
In this German/English speaking team you support all the other teams with your practical skills. Ideally you will be there from the start of the setup week until the pack down is completed.
The tasks of this team vary from building and setting up sinks, props, hanging banners, finding solutions for technical problems, making sure that all camping and every department has electricity and that all equipment is on time and in the right place. During TeenStreet the tasks reduce and shift towards repairing, maintaining and preparing everything for a quick and coordinated pack down, that means you can be during TeenStreet in a different Team.
