We have created something for you!<\/p>\n

We will be offering training for future small group leaders at the 2026 TeenStreet event.<\/p>\n

Learn How to Lead<\/strong><\/h4>\n

SGL Training is designed for Service Team members \u2013 particularly those between the ages 18 and 20 \u2013 who are interested in leading a small group in the future either at the TeenStreet event or at home. <\/p>\n

Training Programme<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The programme consists of daily training seminars that take place during Interact 2. Participants will not be assigned a specific Service Team job, but they will take part in special service projects as a group throughout the week.<\/p>\n

An important part of the training will be putting leadership skills into practice: each trainee will take turns leading their small group during the event week. (This is not a test \u2013 help and support will be available!) The small group will consist of other SGL Training participants.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The seminars will be led by trainers from TeenStreet International. Individual mentoring and coaching will be part of the programme.<\/p>

Participation in all scheduled programme sessions will be mandatory. In addition to the training seminars and service projects, these include Mainhall, Shhh-time, small group time, and Throne Room. Each trainee will be required to participate in an outreach at least one during the event week.<\/p>

Sign up for the event as a Service Team member. Add a comment below jobs to indicate you are interested in the SGL Training. You can also contact your country office and let them know you are interested.<\/p>

If you are already registered for the event, you can either edit your order (you will find a link in your order receipt that was emailed to you from TeenStreet Europe 2026) or contact your country office.<\/p>
