Aprenda a Liderar<\/strong><\/h4>\n

A Forma\u00e7\u00e3o SGL destina-se aos membros da Equipa de Servi\u00e7o \u2013 particularmente aqueles com idades entre os 18 e os 20 anos \u2013 que tenham interesse em liderar um pequeno grupo no futuro, quer no evento TeenStreet quer em casa. <\/p>\n

Programa de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h4>\n

O programa consiste em semin\u00e1rios de forma\u00e7\u00e3o di\u00e1rios que decorrem durante o Interact 2. Os participantes n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o designados para um cargo espec\u00edfico numa Equipa de Servi\u00e7o, mas participar\u00e3o em projetos de servi\u00e7o especiais em grupo ao longo da semana.<\/p>\n

Uma parte importante da forma\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 colocar em pr\u00e1tica as compet\u00eancias de lideran\u00e7a: cada formando ter\u00e1 a oportunidade de liderar o seu pequeno grupo durante a semana do evento. (Isto n\u00e3o \u00e9 um teste \u2013 haver\u00e1 ajuda e apoio dispon\u00edveis!) O pequeno grupo ser\u00e1 composto por outros participantes do Treino SGL.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Os semin\u00e1rios ser\u00e3o ministrados por formadores da TeenStreet International. A mentoria e o coaching individuais far\u00e3o parte do programa.<\/p>

A participa\u00e7\u00e3o em todas as sess\u00f5es do programa agendado ser\u00e1 obrigat\u00f3ria. Para al\u00e9m dos semin\u00e1rios de forma\u00e7\u00e3o e projetos de servi\u00e7o, estas incluem Mainhall, Shhh-time, trabalho em pequenos grupos e Throne Room. Cada formando ser\u00e1 obrigado a participar em pelo menos uma a\u00e7\u00e3o externa durante a semana do evento.<\/p>

Do you have a heart for serving others? Are you curious about what leading a small group is like? We have created something for you! We will be offering training for future small group leaders at the 2026 TeenStreet event. Learn How to Lead SGL Training is designed for Service Team members \u2013 particularly those between the ages 18 and 20 \u2013 who are interested in leading a small group in the future either at the TeenStreet event or at home.  Training Programme The programme consists of daily training seminars that take place during Interact 2. Participants will not be assigned a specific Service Team job, but they will take part in special service projects as a group throughout the week. An important part of the training will be putting leadership skills into practice: each trainee will take turns leading their small group during the event week. (This is not a test \u2013 help and support will be available!) The small group will consist of other SGL Training participants. The seminars will be led by trainers from TeenStreet International. Individual mentoring and coaching will be part of the programme. Participation in all scheduled programme sessions will be mandatory. In addition to the training seminars and service projects, these include Mainhall, Shhh-time, small group time, and Throne Room. Each trainee will be required to participate in an outreach at least one during the event week. Are You Interested? Sign up for the event as a Service Team member.
