Se o trabalho com adolescentes est\u00e1 no teu cora\u00e7\u00e3o e tens pelo menos 20 anos de idade, ent\u00e3o liderar um pequeno grupo no TeenStreet \u00e9 o trabalho para ti. Como l\u00edder de um pequeno grupo (LPG), ajudar\u00e1s a criar um espa\u00e7o seguro para que um grupo de cinco a sete adolescentes do teu pa\u00eds v\u00e1 a fundo na B\u00edblia. Acompanhar\u00e1s o pequeno grupo durante toda a semana do evento e ter\u00e1s a oportunidade de investir na vida dos adolescentes atrav\u00e9s de estudos b\u00edblicos, atividades de grupo, ora\u00e7\u00e3o, desporto e muito mais. Podes vir com os adolescentes do teu grupo de jovens ou da tua igreja, mas tamb\u00e9m podes aceitar um novo grupo de adolescentes.<\/p>

No TeenStreet, ser\u00e1s respons\u00e1vel por um pequeno grupo. Este pequeno grupo ser\u00e1 composto por um m\u00e1ximo de seis adolescentes do mesmo sexo. Os l\u00edderes dos pequenos grupos s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por liderar estes pequenos grupos e, geralmente, devem ter tempo para \"estar l\u00e1\" para os seus adolescentes. -Lojas (quiosque, banca da fruta, gelataria, funfood, loja do TS, livraria, por exemplo)<\/p>

-CleanStreet (arruma\u00e7\u00e3o e limpeza)<\/p>

-Bebidas (Cafetaria, Mocktailbar, Sala dos Volunt\u00e1rios)<\/p>

-Refeit\u00f3rio (lavar a loi\u00e7a, servir a comida, cozinhar, por exemplo)<\/p>

-KidsStreet (Creche, ter um programa e brincar com as crian\u00e7as)<\/p>

-Seguran\u00e7a (ao redor do espa\u00e7o, Mainhall, por exemplo)<\/p>

-Escrit\u00f3rio (Info-desk, registo de h\u00f3spedes do dia, Escrit\u00f3rio do TS, Banco do TS, por exemplo))<\/p>

-Desportos e atividades (Futebol, basquetebol, competi\u00e7\u00f5es, por exemplo)<\/p>

Teenager Ages: Teenagers born between 2007 – 2012 Being a part of TeenStreet means fellowship with many other teens who are on the same journey as you. At TeenStreet you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have, spend time in the presence of God, worship God with other teens across Europe, learn from the Bible and much more. TeenStreet is exactly as it sounds; it’s a place where you can strengthen your relationship with God and help discover His direction for your life! Small Group Leader Ages: 20+ (Co-coaches can be 18 or 19 years old, if they are with a coach that is 20 or older) If youth work is close to your heart and you are at least 20 years old then leading a Small Group at TeenStreet is the job for you. As a Small Group Leader (SGL), you will help create a safe space for a group of five – seven teens from your country to go deep in the Bible together. You will accompany the Small Group throughout the event week and have the opportunity to invest in the teens’ lives through Bible studies, group activities, prayer, sports, and more. You are welcome to come with the teens from your youth group or church, but you can also take on a new group of teens. At TeenStreet you will be responsible for a small group. This small group will be made up of up to six teens of the same gender. Small Group Leaders are responsible for leading these small group times and generally should just take time to \u2018be there\u2019 for their teens. If you are 20 years or older and would like to be a SGL, you can simply sign up directly.
