Impara a guidare<\/strong><\/h4>\n

L'SGL Training \u00e8 pensato per i membri del Team di Servizio \u2013 in particolare quelli tra i 18 e i 20 anni \u2013 che sono interessati a guidare un piccolo gruppo in futuro, sia all'evento TeenStreet che a casa. <\/p>\n

Programma di Formazione<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Il programma consiste in seminari di formazione quotidiani che si svolgono durante Interact 2. Ai partecipanti non verr\u00e0 assegnato un lavoro specifico nel Team di Servizio, ma parteciperanno a progetti di servizio speciali come gruppo durante tutta la settimana.<\/p>\n

Una parte importante della formazione sar\u00e0 mettere in pratica le capacit\u00e0 di leadership: ogni tirocinante si alterner\u00e0 alla guida del proprio piccolo gruppo durante la settimana dell'evento. (Questo non \u00e8 un test \u2013 ci saranno aiuto e supporto disponibili!) Il piccolo gruppo sar\u00e0 composto da altri partecipanti al SGL Training.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

I seminari saranno condotti da formatori di TeenStreet International. Il programma includer\u00e0 mentoring e coaching individuali.<\/p>

La partecipazione a tutte le sessioni del programma in programma sar\u00e0 obbligatoria. Oltre ai seminari di formazione e ai progetti di servizio, questi includono Mainhall, Shhh-time, il tempo in piccoli gruppi e la Throne Room. Ogni tirocinante sar\u00e0 tenuto a partecipare a un'attivit\u00e0 di sensibilizzazione almeno una volta durante la settimana dell'evento.<\/p>

Do you have a heart for serving others? Are you curious about what leading a small group is like? We have created something for you! We will be offering training for future small group leaders at the 2026 TeenStreet event. Learn How to Lead SGL Training is designed for Service Team members \u2013 particularly those between the ages 18 and 20 \u2013 who are interested in leading a small group in the future either at the TeenStreet event or at home.  Training Programme The programme consists of daily training seminars that take place during Interact 2. Participants will not be assigned a specific Service Team job, but they will take part in special service projects as a group throughout the week. An important part of the training will be putting leadership skills into practice: each trainee will take turns leading their small group during the event week. (This is not a test \u2013 help and support will be available!) The small group will consist of other SGL Training participants. The seminars will be led by trainers from TeenStreet International. Individual mentoring and coaching will be part of the programme. Participation in all scheduled programme sessions will be mandatory. In addition to the training seminars and service projects, these include Mainhall, Shhh-time, small group time, and Throne Room. Each trainee will be required to participate in an outreach at least one during the event week. Are You Interested? Sign up for the event as a Service Team member.
