D\u00eda 5: Prop\u00f3sito\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0\u00bfQu\u00e9 ser\u00eda de TeenStreet sin el equipo de servicio? 652 personas trabajan entre bastidores este a\u00f1o y hacen posible TeenStreet: en la cocina, limpiando los aseos, como seguridad, en un divertido puesto de comida, etc\u00e9tera. Esta ma\u00f1ana les hemos dado las gracias en voz alta. Equipo de servicio, \u00a1os queremos!\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0Al igual que la llama ol\u00edmpica, tambi\u00e9n es importante que los cristianos pasemos la antorcha y llevemos la luz de Jes\u00fas al mundo. Porque todav\u00eda hay 3.000 millones de personas que tienen poca o ninguna oportunidad de o\u00edr hablar de Jes\u00fas. \u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0Sabemos por Pablo que no descans\u00f3 ni siquiera al final de su ministerio, sino que sigui\u00f3 predicando el Evangelio hasta que la siguiente generaci\u00f3n tom\u00f3 la antorcha. Justo antes de regresar a su Padre celestial, Jes\u00fas dijo a sus disc\u00edpulos que ellos ser\u00edan sus testigos, su evidencia, su prueba (Hechos 1:8). Con el poder DUNAMIS del Esp\u00edritu Santo, nuestras vidas tambi\u00e9n cambiar\u00e1n y seremos evidencia, prueba de su amor y llevaremos su luz al mundo. Su poder DUMANIS nos proteger\u00e1.\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0Por la tarde, muchos adolescentes salieron a la ciudad y llevaron Su luz a los habitantes de Offenburg: jugando al f\u00fatbol, en los puestos de oraci\u00f3n o hablando con los transe\u00fantes. Los j\u00f3venes volvieron con los ojos brillantes y llenos de entusiasmo por lo que hab\u00edan vivido. \u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0En el Sal\u00f3n del Trono se nos record\u00f3 que como cristianos tenemos que elegir a Dios TODOS los d\u00edas. Luego comenzamos un tiempo de adoraci\u00f3n, donde tambi\u00e9n usamos las peque\u00f1as antorchas que todos recibieron a la entrada agit\u00e1ndolas alrededor alabando a Dios. Cuando cantamos la canci\u00f3n \"Battle belongs\", todos nos pusimos de rodillas y cantamos: \"Cuando lucho, lo hago de rodillas y con las manos en alto. Oh, Dios, la batalla te pertenece\". M\u00e1s tarde, volvimos a ponernos de rodillas -esta vez para confesar nuestros pecados a Dios- y cantamos \"Cristo y Cristo crucificado\". \u00a1Qu\u00e9 velada!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Previous Next Day 5: Purpose\u00a0 \u00a0What would TeenStreet be without the Service team? 652 people are working behind the scenes this year and making TeenStreet possible – in the kitchen, cleaning toilets, as security, at a fun food stand and so on. This morning we thanked them out loud! Service team, we love you!\u00a0 \u00a0Just like the Olympic flame, it is also important for us as Christians to pass on the torch and bring the light of Jesus into the world. Because there are still a good 3 billion people who have little or no opportunity to hear about Jesus. \u00a0 \u00a0We know from Paul that he did not rest even at the end of his ministry, but continued to preach the gospel until the next generation took up the torch. Just before Jesus went back to his heavenly Father, he told his disciples that they would be his witnesses – his evidence, proof (Acts 1:8). With the DUNAMIS power of the Holy Spirit, our lives will also change and we will be evidence, proof of his love and bring his light into the world. His DUMANIS power will protect us.\u00a0 \u00a0In the afternoon, many teens went out into the city and brought His light to the people of Offenburg – playing football, at prayer stands or by talking to passers-by. The teens came back with shining eyes and full of enthusiasm about what they had experienced. \u00a0 \u00a0At Throne Room we were reminded that as Christians we have to choose God EVERY day. Then we started a time of worship, where we also used the little torches that everyone received at the entrance waving them around praising God. When we sang the song “Battle belongs”, we all got down on our knees and sung: “So when I fight, I fight on my knees with my hands lifted high. Oh, God, the battle belongs to you.” Later, we got down on our knees again – this time to confess our sins to God – and sang “Christ and Christ crucified”.
